A Proof of Occupancy document can include any one of these:

• Lease
• Rental Agreement
• Contract of Sale
• A utility bill with your name and address on it (must match the address we are connecting)
• Letter of confirmation from a nursing home (on appropriate letter head)
• Statutory declaration* from the property owner and the rent receipt from the new occupant
• Statutory declaration* from the property owner and the bond payment receipt
• Letter from the real estate agent and the rent receipt from the new occupant
• Letter from the real estate agent and the bond payment receipt.

Please send through pages which include all these details:
– Full name
– Service Address
– Lease/rental commencement date or settlement date

Retail bundle include Fixed Internet Service, 4G backup & VOIP PBX Phone service with Unlimited Local Calls. NON-NBN Fibre connections will incure a $10 surcharge. Swazzy NBN includes Unlimited Data. Average Speeds on NBN 50/25 is 43Mbs, Average Speeds on NBN 100/40 is 82Mbs. Service prices is billed at 30 day basis and inclusive of GST. No Lock-in contracts, Month to Month Basis.

1. Pricing: The purchase order is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this time, prices are subject to change without notice. All purchase orderd prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude applicable taxes or duties unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment: Full payment must be made before any hardware is ordered. For large installations, payment must be made 20 business days before installation. Booking of site installation must be made 10 business days in advance. We reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 10% per month on overdue accounts.
3. Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only, and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Any claims for loss or damage in transit should be made to the carrier.
4. Returns: We have a no-return policy. Once products have been purchased, they cannot be returned.
5. Warranty: All products supplied come with their own warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for details.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA): We offer different service levels based on the needs of our customers. If you require a higher level of service, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
7. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement or repair of the product or service. We will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of your use of our products or services.
9. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. If you terminate this agreement, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments.
10. Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this agreement if the delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
11. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By accepting this purchase order, you acknowledge and agree to our privacy policy.
12. Intellectual Property: We own all intellectual property rights in our products and services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
13. Confidentiality: All information provided by us to you is confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without our prior written consent.
14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
