Swazzy Payments & Billing – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Swazzy’s Payments & Billing portal. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our payment services. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Methods & Processing Times

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
  • Direct Debit (Pre-authorized payments)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Other methods as specified on your invoice

Processing Times: Payments may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account.

If you receive a reminder after making a payment, please ignore it.

3. Invoice Payments & Due Dates

All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated. Late payments may result in additional fees.

4. Late Payments & Fees

Overdue invoices may incur a late fee of 5% per month. Non-payment beyond 30 days may result in service suspension.

Swazzy reserves the right to recover additional costs associated with overdue accounts, including collection fees.

5. Direct Debit Payments

By opting for direct debit, you authorise Swazzy to deduct invoice amounts from your nominated bank account.

  • Insufficient funds may result in a dishonour fee.
  • Cancellations require 30 business days’ notice via myaccount@swazzy.co.

6. Refunds & Disputes

No refunds are provided except in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Overpayments resulting in a credit balance
  • Billing errors caused by Swazzy

If you dispute an invoice, notify us within 30 days. Swazzy will investigate and provide a resolution within 5-10 business days.

7. Security & Data Protection

Swazzy does not store credit card details. All transactions are securely processed by third-party providers.

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Suspension & Termination

Swazzy may suspend or terminate services if payments remain overdue beyond 30 days. Unpaid debts may be referred to a collection agency.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Melbourne, Victoria.

10. Amendments to Terms

Swazzy may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on this page.
