  • White-Label Conduct: Contractors must avoid creating confusion around the relationship and should support a seamless Swazzy-branded client experience.

3. Professionalism and Customer Service

  • Respect and Courtesy: Contractors are expected to treat clients, staff, and stakeholders with courtesy, professionalism, and respect at all times.
  • Punctuality and Presentation: Contractors should arrive on time, be prepared, and maintain a professional appearance appropriate to the engagement.
  • Service Excellence: Swazzy expects contractors to deliver responsive, solutions-focused support that reflects a high standard of customer care.
  • Clear Communication: Technical issues should be explained in plain and practical language so clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported.

4. Quality of Work and Best Practice
